  • “In summary, MCC has a well-developed approach to the support of clients requiring various levels of care and invest significantly in the training and support of staff to deliver those services. The audit team recommends best practice for the quality of the planning, training and interventions to ensure that clients receive the best possible care.”

  • “MCC allocates significant resources to training of their staff. The training packages and clinical assessments evidenced a strong commitment to ensuring that staff are well prepared to offer services to a complex need’s client. Training opportunities for staff are ongoing according to the needs of individual clients and their support team. Interviews with staff evidenced significant satisfaction with the training offered and the support offered to them by members of the National Health Services Support Team. Clients interviewed were extremely pleased with the services they receive and the capacity of the staff to deliver these services to their satisfaction.
