With over 35 years’ experience within the South Australian care sector, Andrea brings a wealth of insight, expertise, and passion to her role as Director of McArthur Community Care. Andrea has worked closely with numerous funding bodies providing invaluable support while maintaining the highest standard of support to clients that reside within the community and wish to remain as independent as possible. At the heart of Andrea’s focus is a strong determination to achieve the highest standards for clients ensuring choice, control and dignity are continually front and centre.

Andrea believes success comes to those who genuinely connect, listen, understand a person’s unique requirements and are available during the most difficult times.

Andrea holds a Post Graduate degree in Grief, Loss, and Palliative Care Counselling from the University of Adelaide.

Prior to joining McArthur, Kathy had nearly 20 years direct experience within the Queensland Disability sector, making her one of the state's most experienced and respected specialists. Her numerous roles within the sector have given her an exceptional understanding of all aspects of NDIS processes and procedures.

Like all McArthur Community Care team members, she also has an uncompromised commitment to helping deliver the best possible care to all clients.

Lydia manages all aspects of the Victorian McArthur Community Care business. She provides key operational and strategic direction to the team while also playing an integral role on a national level as a member of the leadership team.

Lydia is one of the sectors’ most respected and experienced professionals and her 15+ years’ background as a disability services practitioner, Care Co-ordinator, NDIS Program Leader and Senior Manager has given her a unique ‘whole of business’ perspective and understanding of all aspects of the NDIS and associated services.

Over the last 7 years as McArthur COO Pezh has provided the vision, passion and drive behind our digital transformation and has been the focal point developing a real culture of innovation across the business.

In his dual role as Managing Director of the McArthur NSW operations and driven by a genuine passion for the care sector, Pezh has a frontline role providing guidance, insight and senior level support to the state's Community Care, Support Coordination and Health Support teams. He has a key focus on ensuring service delivery excellence and on-going development and implementation of the broader range of the McArthur Community Care products and services.

Michelle has 20+ years of experience working in the disability sector. She joined McArthur in 2016 working along side of Andrea to build the Community Care Division. Prior to working at McArthur Community Care, Michelle worked for the South Australian Government Disability Agency in the role of Support Coordinator.

Michelle has extensive knowledge and understanding of business and financial matters, especially in relation to client funding, NDIS Policies and Procedures and client centred care. Michelle believes that all people with disability deserve to have experienced, supportive, and caring support workers and with the high standard of care from McArthur Community Care, clients will be able to remain living independently in the community.

With over 15 years of experience across both Allied Health and Support Coordination roles, Zul brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the McArthur Community Care Team. He maintains an uncompromised focus on delivering the highest possible standards of care and disability support, drawing from professional experience in both the Health and Disability sectors.

Leading a team of highly experienced care professionals, he currently has top-line responsibility for the management and direction of all Allied Health and Support Co-ordination activities in South Australia and is playing an integral role in developing the Allied Health blueprint on a national basis.

Zul holds a degree in Behavioural Sciences (Psychology) and a Master of Social Work and Social Planning, with extensive experience in spinal injury rehabilitation.

Suzana holds a BA in Occupational Therapy from the University of South Australia and an exceptional track record across senior Occupational Health roles.

Her experience and expertise includes a strong focus on working with NDIS participants and Aged Care clients.

An in-demand speaker/presenter at major OC sector events, Suzana has also been the recipient of several awards and scholarships for both her academic and research excellence.

Roger graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Sydney before returning to his hometown of Adelaide in 1999 and commenced working as a critical care registered nurse in the intensive care unit at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Since then, Roger has developed his skills and knowledge and held executive and senior positions across the acute and aged care sectors.

He holds qualifications from tertiary and VET sector and in the final stages of his Doctor of Health Sciences at the University of Notre Dame. He has a strong passion for advocating for people and their human right to access health services, particularly in the LGBTIA+ community and disadvantaged groups.

He has received the Department of Human Services Nursing Excellence Award for his work in Aged Care. He has been a nominee for the SA Great South Australian of the Year Award and the Port Adelaide Enfield Council Citizen of the Year Award. Roger is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Managers and Leaders. He is also a Learning Facilitator at Torrens University lecturing in the Bachelor of Community Services.

Stewart (RN, BN, Crit Care, Cert IV TAE is a Registered Nurse with 30+ years’ experience working across the Acute Health, Community Health and Disability sectors.

20 years ago Stewart made the decision to focus solely on Community Care and initially began working in the Adelaide disability sector assisting young children making the transition home from hospital while being mechanically ventilated. Since then Stewart has helped define a system of Delegated Care in South Australia and has been a major contributor to the development of DSP-15 which is now the DHS Direct Health Support for a person with a Disability Policy and Guideline.

Stewart is a member of the Spinal Injury Nurses Association, Otolaryngology Head and Neck Nursing Group, Australian Nursing and Midwife Federation and a Clinical Lead for Disability in the Adelaide Primary Health Network.
