Our qualified, highly experienced Support Coordination team can support you to understand and implement your NDIS plan and build your capacity to undertake tasks associated with the management of your own supports.
We also have experienced Specialist Support Coordinators available to support you. Specialist Support Coordination is a time limited service designed for people who have more intensive or complex needs.

Who can access Support Coordination?
Support Coordination is funded by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and is included in your plan to assist you with implementing your funded supports. When you’re creating your NDIS Plan, talk to your Planner or Local Area Coordinator about the assistance you may need.
