With over 30 years’ experience within the South Australian care sector, Andrea brings a wealth of insight, expertise and passion to her role as Director of McArthur Community Care. Andrea has worked closely with numerous funding bodies, providing support while maintaining the highest standard of care to clients and their significant others that reside within the community and wish to remain as independent as possible.

Andrea’s focus remains on suitably matching support workers and clients in all aspects of daily living. She believes that success comes to those who connect, listen and are available during difficult times. Andrea holds a Postgraduate degree in Grief, Loss and Palliative Care Counselling from the University of Adelaide.

Snezana Veljanovski

Snezana has extensive experience over 26 years as a Social Work Practitioner specialising in various roles in social welfare and aged care services. Snezana has held senior management and executive roles as the DHHS Manager for Strategy and Planning, DHHS Manager for Disability Client Services and more recently, as Manager for Disability Accommodations Services leading the NDIS Barwon Pilot.

As a former Executive, Snezana has also had the privilege of providing NDIS registered services to newly transitioned participants through the NDIS roll-out in the Eastern and NEMA Areas of Victoria.  Snezana has Bachelor Degrees in Social Sciences, Social Work and a Post Graduate in Family Therapy.

Damian has over 20 years’ experience working in the Human Services sector in Disabilities and Home Care, holding various management roles with the Department of Ageing, Disability and Homecare (ADHC) and with not-for profit organisations.

Damian is passionate about people and has a person-centred approach to providing quality care based on what the person needs and wants to enhance their life and promote independence. Damian has extensive experience in leadership and management and holds diplomas in both disciplines.

Michelle Wyton

Senior Services Coordinator

Michelle has over 12+ years sector experience working for the South Australian Government disability agency. She also has an older sibling born with a disability and experienced first-hand the impact having a disability can have on a person and their family.

Michelle has witnessed the difference that experienced, caring and supportive support workers can have on a client and strongly believes that with the highest standard of care from McArthur Community Care, clients will be able to remain living independently in the community

Kim Tiller

Kim has worked in the disability sector for almost 30 years. Commencing as a Support Worker, Kim realised there was nothing else she wanted to do except work with clients and go all out to make a difference for clients and their family members.

She is passionate about clients receiving the care and support that is specific to their individual needs. She also prides herself in introducing support workers that are equally as dedicated to the sector as she is. As a result of personal experience Kim has an intimate understanding of the sector. She brings dedication, humour, honesty and attention to detail. Kim enjoys maintaining a close relationship with clients and support workers and at all times aims for continuity of care.

Ashleigh began her Community Care career In 2012, working as a Disability Support Worker with McArthur and she discovered a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference to the lives of people living with a disability.

In 2016 Ashleigh brought her experience and insight to the role of Client Services Coordinator and brings great levels of empathy, understanding and commitment to the team.
